About the studio
Hi, I’m Pritam.
An architect by training, a 3D modeler by daily practice. When you send me a project, I’m the person who opens the file and does the work.
One person, from the first drawing to the final file
I’m Pritam Faldesai. For over 20 years, my work has centered on SketchUp modeling and 3D visualization. I run an independent studio in Delhi, India, working mainly with architects, designers, contractors and homeowners across the United States.
I’ve completed more than 250 projects: houses, landscapes, interiors, millwork and product models. You deal with me directly. Questions about a drawing and comments on a revision reach the same person who is building your model.
What I can help you make
I build SketchUp models from CAD files, dimensioned PDFs and sketches. I use V-Ray, Enscape and Lumion for renders and walkthroughs, depending on the project. My work also includes CAD drafting, cabinetry and millwork drawings, and product models for furniture and fixtures.
The right deliverable depends on what you need to do next. Sometimes that means a model you can keep editing. Sometimes it means a set of images for a client presentation, or a film that explains how the spaces connect.
Why clients come back
Working directly makes revisions easier to discuss. If something in the plans is unclear, I can ask about it before it becomes a problem in the model. You can tell me what needs to change without repeating the background to a new person.
One US landscape architecture client has sent me more than 50 projects over the years. That ongoing relationship is a part of the practice I value: learning how someone works, understanding their drawing standards, and supporting the next project with that knowledge.
How we start
Send the plans or sketches you have, a few relevant references, the deliverables you need and your deadline. I’ll review the material, ask about anything missing and provide a quote. We agree on scope, revision stages and timing before work begins.
I’m based in India, so there is a time difference. I’ll be clear about my availability and when you can expect the next update. My aim is to hand you something that is useful in your next conversation with a client or contractor.
Have a project in mind?
Send me your plans, references and deadline. I’ll review the brief and get back to you directly.
