Project pricing
Clear starting prices in US dollars. Work directly with Pritam Faldesai in Delhi, India, on a scope agreed before work begins.
These are starting prices, not fixed packages or hourly rates. Your written quote sets out the project scope, deliverables, revision stages and schedule.
| Service | Starting price | Scope to agree |
|---|---|---|
| SketchUp modeling | $150 | Model detail, source drawings, file version and required scenes. |
| CAD drafting | $150 | Drawing types, number of sheets, dimensions and output formats. |
| Millwork drawings | $200 | Units or rooms, elevations, sections and fabrication details supplied by your team. |
| Photoreal rendering | $600 | Model preparation, views, materials and image resolution. |
| Architectural walkthrough | $1,200 | Modeling, route, duration, scene detail and video resolution. |
What does a starting price include?
There is no universal drawing count, model size or revision allowance at the starting price. Send your files first so I can identify the work required and confirm what your quote includes. A full permit set, a whole-building model and a single drawing have different scopes.
What changes the quote?
- The size and complexity of the project.
- The completeness of your drawings, measurements and design decisions.
- The level of model or drawing detail and the number of views or sheets.
- New modeling needed for rendering or animation.
- Revision stages, additional deliverables and the requested deadline.
How quoting works
- Send dimensioned PDFs, CAD drawings, sketches or an existing model, plus the deliverables and deadline.
- I review the source information and clarify missing details.
- We agree on a written project quote, revision stages, payment terms and delivery schedule before work begins.
Extra views, new design options or changes beyond the agreed scope are discussed separately before additional work proceeds. Ask about any applicable taxes or payment charges when confirming your quote.
