How much does outsourced SketchUp modeling cost?

SketchUp modeling starts at $150 USD. The final quote depends on the source files, model size, required detail and deliverables. See the pricing page for the full starting-price list.

How much do CAD and millwork drawings cost?

CAD drafting starts at $150 USD and millwork drawings at $200 USD. These are starting prices for a defined scope, not hourly rates or a price for every drawing set. The sheet count and detail are agreed in your quote.

Who will do the work, and where are you based?

You work directly with Pritam Faldesai, an independent SketchUp and visualization professional based in Delhi, India. The studio primarily supports US clients remotely.

What should I send for a quote?

Send dimensioned PDF or CAD drawings, sketches, an existing model if available, reference images, required output files and your deadline. Mark missing measurements and unresolved design decisions. For large files, send a sharing link through the contact page.

What files will I receive?

Deliverables depend on the service: an editable SketchUp model, CAD drawing files or PDFs, rendered images, or a walkthrough video. Confirm the exact formats, software version, resolution and sheet or view count before work starts.

How long will my project take?

Timing is agreed after reviewing your files and the required scope. Tell me your deadline when you enquire; I will confirm availability and delivery milestones before accepting the work.

Are revisions included?

Revision stages are agreed in the written scope. Send consolidated feedback at each review. Additional views, design changes or work outside that scope are discussed and quoted separately.

Can we work together across US time zones?

Yes. I work from Delhi on India Standard Time (IST, UTC+5:30). Send your city or time zone and a preferred meeting window; we will agree on a call time in advance. I aim to reply to enquiries within one business day. The phone number is Indian, and email is available for project enquiries.

Do you provide surveys or permit approval?

Drafting is based on the measured information and design instructions you supply. Site surveying is not included. If your project needs permits or professional certification, agree on the required local professional review with your project team; a drafting quote does not promise permit approval.

How are payments arranged?

Payment terms are agreed in the written quote before work begins. Ask for the payment schedule and available payment methods when confirming your project.
